Andrew D. Kropilak, MD, RPVI

Dr. Andrew Kropilak is a Fellowship-trained Vascular Surgeon with Premier Surgical in Knoxville, TN. He operates at Fort Sanders Regional, Parkwest Medical Center and the Premier Surgical Vascular Center on Papermill Drive. He performs a variety of vascular and endovascular procedures including angioplasty, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, carotid artery surgery, endovascular aneurysm repair,  transcarotid artery revascularization, arterial venous fistula and graft placement and repair, as well as varicose vein treatments. Dr. Kropilak joined Premier Surgical Associates in 2025.
